As of July 1, 2025 we will be enforcing our "no show" policy. There is a form in your chart labelled "Simone Medical Financial Policy". This form must be signed no less than 48 hours prior to your next appointment. You will also need to put a card on file. If it's not signed and there is no card on file within this time frame, we will cancel your appointment. You can then complete the form and book the next available appointment time that works for you.
If you have signed the form and fail to show up to an appointment or give us less than 48 hours notice of a cancellation, a $50 late cancellation/no-show fee will be processed with your card on file. We are doing all we can to insure that we can see as many patients as possible, as soon as possible. Late cancellations and no shows leave us with gaps in our schedule that could have been used for someone else.
